The Gift of Saying Goodbye
No, you are not going anywhere
Until you understand that
There are four seasons in the skies
The winter breeze that freezes the air
And mounds up snow...
The spring time love that assuages the air
And bestow life to flowers
The scotching summer
that crystallises our realities
And the autumn sheds
that leaves the world alil' bit bare
You are not going anywhere
Until you understand that
There are four seasons in the skies
The winter breeze that freezes the air
And mounds up snow...
The spring time love that assuages the air
And bestow life to flowers
The scotching summer
that crystallises our realities
And the autumn sheds
that leaves the world alil' bit bare
You are not going anywhere
Until you construe that
Things and people come and go
For a VERY good reason.
The kisses under the mistletoe?
The lilac blooms of his sweet perfume?
The passionate memiors scotching thy infant love?
The autumn sheds that leaves your world alil' bare?
They all come and go for a VERY good reason
What leaves, let it go...
Cause you actually don't need it
Clinging on 'what used to be'
Cause you actually don't need it
Clinging on 'what used to be'
Only brings your world alittle closer to its demise
Saying goodbye is a gift
That only God effectively bestows.
Ask God for the gift of saying goodbye
Aint it wonderful to know that God knows about it and seasons come from Him.
